Hmmm. I don’t know how I feel about that trailer.

I thought it was really cool, gave me chills. I like commercials that are more like movie trailers, i don’t think they are effective on pulling in people who weren’t previously interested, but i think it definitely makes people who are already interested much more excited.

I had mixed feelings. Definitely didn’t grab me like the H3 trailers did, but after showing Cano and watching it again I liked it. Has a pretty emotional vibe, and the execution is pretty good. They’re really driving home the “you’ve got a face this time” aspect, which I like. Not to mention those helmets are pretty sweet.

I guess I’m somewhat uncomfortable with these games being portrayed realistically in this way. War actually has horribly brutal effects on all sides, and I kind of just want this to just be a game. But I’m not sure if that sentiment is justified.

I think that was the same feeling I had. The ceremony at the beginning got me. But I dunno.

I liked the action but I also kind of felt like it was an advertisement for the military.

I’ve been meaning to say this: what does that mean Cano? I thought it was a negative portrayal of war if anything. Brother (?) dead, childhood lost, friends gone.

I didn’t get all that from the first glimse of the trailer. I saw glorified war.
