Okay friends. Dylan and I have been having an argument for a few weeks now on the merits (or lack there of) of Gaius Frakkin’ Baltar. So the question is follows:
“Is Gaius a ‘bad person’?”

Okay, so a bit more detail. We’ve been arguing about how much he was at fault for the many things he did, from the genocide of 20 billion on the colonies to New Caprica and anything else. I won’t speak for Dylan but we are on exact opposite sides on this issue.
He just asked me tonight “do you think Roslin ever forgave Baltar?” and I said “No frakking way and I hope no one does.” I’m just curious where you guys are on Baltar. I’ll be honest I became really vindictive while I watched this show and had a “Characters I Hope End Up In The Ground” list in my head going. Tory, Baltar, Cavil, Boomer, among others. TBH it turned out, when some of those characters actually DID die, I was not as adamant in my stance as I had thought. I’ll leave my own reasoning for later.
