Well shit, didn’t see that coming. I mean, I guess it was inevitable, but B.net should always be free… Ya, well I might not be buying it at all if there isn’t a direct TCP/IP connection play. Something that will let us host our own games and not use their system. I only want to play with friends so B.net is really only a means to an end when it comes to that, and a number of other avenues could accomplish that for me.

also i have spore and i wante to post about it but i no longer have the link to the site that lets you start up a new post and i dont have my password either if any of you administrative types could hook me up i would be very appreciative. and also email alerts would be amazing for posts.

I don’t understand that three games thing. are they going to release seperate games and you have to buy all three? or are they only having one campaign in sc2 and then are doing another race when they release the next one?

they are going to release one races campaign with the first game (terran campaign. You’ll be able to play as the other races in multi but there won’t be a campaign for them until they release the next game/expansion.

They promise something like “serious gameplay changes” with each installment, but if they expect more than 10 dollars for each campaign I’m gonna be pissed. Will seriously consider waiting till all three come out and buying them all together as a package or something. Depends I guess on how good the online is and how many people are picking it up (and if B.net is going to be free or not).
