So looks like Bungie is hard at work releasing some new maps (that they’ll definitely charge us another $3.33 per for). The first one is a remake of a Halo 1 map, Chill Out. Here are the first Hi-Res images (Courtesy of Kotaku).
Did anyone else COMPLETELY forget about this map? Take a look at this video for a refresher (the music is annoying if you ask me, but meh, just watch the video).

That is a distinct possibility. I do remember playing it a few times though, the Shotgun and Sniper spawns are familiar.

Yes. yes we definitely didn’t play that map very often because it sucked. I feel like after six months or so, we stopped playing most of the maps that weren’t very good, like Rat Race and Prisoner except for rockets and Chill Out and Derelict and Boarding Action and so on …

I remember playing this map a lot for Rockets and 50ns. I just remember lots and lots of grenades.

Hmmm. Yah, I actually just remember the rocket launcher on top of the stacks as being fought over, which wouldn’t even be the case if we all had rocket launchers already. Probably just part of 50ns.

tbh I don’t remember that much 50ns on there, but the rocket fighting for sure and the invis room being a hell hole (there’s a teleporter that goes directly into there or out of there or something).
