My Mom has offered her house for Halo on 12/29 starting at 1 PM. Post if you can make it and I’ll set it up. We have internet, might need a router though. We will need TVs but she does have one decent sized TV at her house that we can use. Also bring your gameface.

I have to watch the kids but everyone is welcome over at the house after 5pm. I have a box and 4 controllers and 2 tvs. Could use a router if more boxes arrive or a cross over ethernet cable. Probably will have some cookies left over from my Grandma thats in town but for dinner pai order pizza. Sweet deal, give me a call if you are able to come.

His class is pretty awesome. It’s basically like a guy in a pony-tail making jokes the whole class, but I’ve really learned a lot too.

In explaining how Logical OR works:

We just built a race map in the fashion of Mario Kart racing. Its pretty fun, still trying to figure out how best to keep track of laps but we have a decent system right now, open for input. I took a few screen shots of the race that Morton, Boughter, and I were in with an overview (as much as possible of the map), they can be seen on my bungie.net page. Can’t wait to try it out with all of us!

So I was thinking about this over the summer when I was importing photos from a friend’s camera to my computer and for whatever reason, it didn’t auto rotate them, so I had to go through and rotate them clockwise or counter-clockwise. I noticed that he varied back and forth between clockwise and counter-clockwise, and realized that I almost always will turn my camera the same way–clockwise 90 degrees–if I want to take a vertical shot. Do you guys turn it the same way every time or vary? Do you think this indicates anything about the way our brains think?

Well, some of you (Dylan and KG) may know that I am attempting to mod the heck out of my (Kris’ old) original XBox. The problem, however, is that I do not want to slap down the HEFTY pricetag for a Action Replay (they’re RARE nowadays) nor really buy anything extra if possible. I mean, afterall, if I was going to buy stuff I might as well just buy a mod chip and solder it in myself.

So my dilemma is such: I need a compatible USB flash drive that I can borrow for liek 20 minutes to slap on a couple files onto the Box. After that it should be smooth sailing, I hope.

Note that the Xbox does not ask for confirmation before formatting, so do not insert memory sticks with PC files unless you want the stick erased!
