Hey ADMIN!

I don’t know if any of you get nostalgic at 1:30 in the morning on some idle Tuesday, but I did tonight and decided to peruse classic.definitelynotsafe.

Would it be possible to get our icons back? And a more conversational flow as opposed to our much more Bloglike system we have now? Maybe I’ll wake up in the morning and not even care about this, but I miss some of those features of the old DNSH like the Team pages and the Journal of Science. Also, people need to learn how to post. Dylan used to post ALL the time, but he hasn’t hardly posted since the new system sprang up. Also, those old comments are gone aren’t they? Cause that’s a crime. We’re missing soo much conversation onthose old subjects….

1. Comments are gone forever. We did everything we could. I’m sorry.

2. Avatars are back. For now it’s a hack, so let me know if you want me to change your avatar.

3. Page layout is completely open to suggestions for ways to make it sweeter. I’ll poke at it here and there and try to tighten things up.

4. Should we get some kind of magic linking to our gamertag pages on bungie.net? We talked about this for new-dot but it died quietly.

5. With the avs up it’s quite apparent who posts and who doesn’t. Whenever you said “Nobody posts”, I thought “Hm I think Ryan’s overreacting, lots of people post.” But then just look at the page right now. Wow. I’ll start posting again! :D

6. Conversational flow is good. I’ll see what I can do.

Linking to b.net would be neat, but would there be a way to pull the info onto our site and format it so it gels with the layout? Maybe that’s too much work, but that would be pretty cool.

lol, no, this took place back in 2003 I believe. We had a virtual “gangbang” of sorts. Also, we forced him to play outside in the cold (at Eric’s house) on a tiny TV by himself. We then proceeded to ream him over and over again. It was his initiation ritual to get into DNSH after Kris bailed on us (I believe that was why he got a spot).

Oh man I remember Billy’s initiation. There he was outside Eric’s front door with the tv all by himself, and all the rest of us climbed out of the level with sniper rifles and we just whaled on him. Poor feller never had a chance.
