Physics is sooooooo beautiful… Apparently, it’s all in the wrist-cocking, which allows the kinetic energy to transfer from the shoulder and arm swing to the club head… This may explain why Adrian was crazy good… because he was crazy lanky and wristy…

hmm… very odd. personally, when I use wrist I get a LOT less power, and only when I keep them more or less locked for the contact point do I really deliver (and I hit pretty hard, ask Cano or Kris… not very accurate, but hard). Gonna read the article when I get home tonight though and go to the range this Sat and test it out.
