Pwned…

Well, sadly, my secret plan to get a Wii fell through, and I won’t be getting one till next week =’(

Hope you guys had better luck than us. Got to Walmart at 6 a.m., plan failed, went to Circuit City, was like number 22, but they had only 18 units….. gah. Tis a sad day.

Can you get a subsidized loan? They let me take out up to $3500 in loans at basically no interest until i graduate because the gov’t is subsidizing the interest…

Isn’t your tuition only like $2k a year? Where’s all the money going? Gotta stop buying crack, man.

Yes to the loan. The deeper issue that has gotten me very unnerved atm is that my mom got a call on Friday (just told me about it today ><) that said if I don’t pay by next monday (not yesterday’s monday, still got 6 days luckily) my schedule gets wiped. Well, my campus is closed all week, so I couldn’t go in to get the loan. Not to mention we have to go to a loan “orientation” session before they authorize a student loan.

Oh, and my tuition is roughly 4k/year +books, +gas, +etc which =/= part time job salary at 6.84/hour…. Not bad at all, but when you make 400/month, give or take, and 100 at least goes to food and 50 to gas (minimum) that’s not exactly a lot of money left over.

(sorry for this above written rant)
